Balfour Beatty Rail, together with its local Partner Nuon, was awarded the complete traction supply for 100km 25 kV double track line of the Betuweroute (Rotterdam to German border) which consists of three 66MVA feeder stations (150kV / 2x25kV) and nine (2x25kV) autotransformer stations. Balfour Beatty Rail is responsible for all electrical traction power supply installations. The scope includes the supply of three newly developed type-tested airinsulated indoor switchgear assemblies (TracFeed®TAC). |
